The Sessions Court fixed March 21 as the date of indictment against the former Home Minister.
Asif Zardari accuse of conspiracy to kill Imran Khan, Sheikh Rasheed could not be charge. According to the details, a reference hearing against Awami Muslim League chief Sheikh Rashid was held in the session court. Sheikh Rashid did not appear in the court. Former Interior Minister Sheikh Rasheed’s application for exemption from attendance on medical grounds was file in the court which was approve.
The court fixed March 21 as the date of indictment against Sheikh Rasheed. It should be note that earlier the District and Sessions Court. Had decided to indict former Interior Minister Sheikh Rasheed in the case of conspiracy to kill Chairman PTI Imran Khan.
Islamabad Police presented a challan against Sheikh Rasheed. Sheikh Rasheed requested the conference to be give a date till March 15, to which the court replied that the challan issue by the High Court could not give a longer date. .
We will see if the trial starts or not. Talking to the media, Sheikh Rasheed said that there was a robbery in my house, the robbers took things under the guise of police. I am asking them to return these things, otherwise I will file a case against them.
Although the country is at risk of default, transparent elections are the solution to avoid it.
