The police raided the house of the central leader of the Muslim League-Q and former chief minister Chaudhry Pervez Elahi. Officials cordoned off the residence, while some police vehicles patrolled the vicinity of the residence.

The police has also now given an explanation in this regard. Regarding the raid on the house of former Chief Minister Chaudhry Pervez Elahi. The police said that the raid was carrie out to arrest Chaudhry Wajahat. A case has been registered against Chaudhry Wajahat Hussain in Gujarat’s Kakrali police station.

Police Complaint

The police further said that the case was registered in the police complaint at the Kakrali police station. There was a dispute over the name change of the Kota Arb Ali Khan Civil Hospital and at that time Chaudhry Wajahat’s son Musa Elahi was also present on the spot.

Musa Elahi and Chaudhry Wajahat was named in the case during the police investigation. Musa Elahi has obtained interim bail in the case.


According to the police, Chaudhry Wajahat has not yet given bail in the case. While former Chief Minister Chaudhry Pervez Elahi says that the caretaker Punjab government should avoid seeing Mullah Jat or becoming Mullah Jat himself, if the elected government of PTI comes, they will have to run away.
