Tehreek-e-Insaf will get a total of 30 reserve seats for women and minorities. While the party chief Imran Khan will also take an oath to win any of these seats. Therefore; then Tehreek-e-Insaf will immediately enter the National Assembly. The number of MNAs of Insaaf will be 31.


In this way, the number of MNAs of Tehreek-e-Insaf will be more than the defected members. After which it will be possible for PTI to remove Raja Riaz from the post of opposition leader of National Assembly. On the other hand, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has also decided to approach.


The court against accepting the resignation of 43 members. According to media reports, PTI has prepared an application to approach the Islamabad High Court.

Tehreek-e-Insaaf is likely to file an application today or Monday. A letter written by the Speaker to Shah Mehmood Qureshi will also be attached with the application. The Speaker said in the letter that no one’s resignation will be accepted without confirmation of resignations. On January 24, Speaker National Assembly Raja Pervez Ashraf accepted the resignations of 43 more members of the movement.
