LAHORE: The Lahore High Court (LHC) has granted the PTI’s petition against the election of Punjab Chief Minister Hamza Shahbaz. A five-member bench headed by Justice Sadaqat Ali Khan heard the PTI’s appeals.
An appeal was filed against the election of Hamza Shahbaz as the Chief Minister of Punjab and the decision of the single bench on which the decision was reserved yesterday. The Lahore High Court ruled on the petitions on the basis of 4-1. Lahore High Court has granted the petition of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf.

Justice Shahid Jamil, Justice Shahram Sarwar Chaudhry, Justice Sajid Mehmood Sethi. And Justice Tariq Saleem Sheikh are include in the larger bench.
PTI members of the Assembly had challenged the decision of the single bench to nominate the Speaker of the National Assembly affected by the swearing in of Hamza Shahbaz.

What will happen to the remarks against the President if we have to annul these remarks or they will become ineffective on which Ahmed Owais told the court that you have to annul these remarks.
