The recipe for making the upper quorum

1: people 1 chicken meat 1/2
2: kg ginger (finely chopped) 2 tbsp
3: Garlic (chopped) 1 tsp
4: black cumin 1/2 teaspoon
5: small cardamoms 6-8 pieces
6: large cardamoms (peel) 2 pieces
7: Nutmeg Jawtri (crushed) 2 pieces
8: small cardamom (crushed) 2 pieces
9: ghee 1 cup
10: yogurt (sprinkle) 1 cup
11: red chilli powder 1 tbsp
12: onions (medium) 4 pieces (cut into strips)
13: Salt to taste
14: teaspoons 1 teaspoon
15: Upper 1/2 cup
1: Heat ghee in a pan and add onion and lightly brown.
2: When onion is brown, take it out. Spread it on newspaper.
3: When old, grind and set aside.
4: Add ginger, garlic, black cumin, small cardamom, large cardamom, nutmeg, jaggery, curd, red chilli powder and salt and fry for 2-3 minutes.
5: Now add chicken and fry for 2 minutes.
6: Add 2 cups of water and cook for 4-5 minutes.
7: Now add chopped onion and put it on the tail for 10 minutes.
8: Delicious qorma is ready. Start with hot prawns.
