Ingredients:
1: potato 3 pieces (cut like medium size chips and soak in salt water)
2: peas 1 cup
3: cauliflower 1 piece (also separate its flowers)
4: carrots 2 pieces (medium size round pieces) Take)
5: bean pods 1/2 pound (cut into small pieces)
6: eggs (boiled) 2 tablespoons
7: ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
8: lemons 2 tablespoons
9: onions (medium finely chopped) 2 tablespoons
10: proven hot spices a little
11: rice Basmati 1 kg
12: Salt to taste
13: Oil (for cooking) As required
14: Yogurt 1/2 cup
Preparation tips
1: First fry all the vegetables separately and put them in a pot.
2: Then put oil in a saucepan and brown the onion. When it becomes brown, take out half of it and put it on a newspaper. Add yoghurt, ginger, garlic, fried vegetables and hot spices in the remaining onion.
3: Now boil the rice in another pan and add hot spices and salt.
4: Then put half a layer of rice in the same pan with rice and put fried vegetables on it.
5: Then finely chop the remaining rice eggs and put them on top and also add brown onion.
6: Then place it on the tail above the stove.
