Well, the foremost thing, you need to take care while cooking this recipe. Always use cold oil with a hot pan for frying. Also, Fry the beef only for three minutes as it makes it stiff if you do it longer. You can add different vegetables for example carrots and celery to your taste. Shaoxing Wine can be replaced by White Vinegar. Also, In place of Oyster Sauce, you can use extra salt plus soya sauce. The use of a Wok pan is quite well but you can also skip it to your ease.

Ingredients

  1. Beef-300g
  2. Soya Sauce-1tsp
  3. Shaoxing Wine-1tsp
  4. Egg-1
  5. Corn Starch- 1tsp
  6. Green Chilis- 30g
  7. Dried Chilis-2,3
  8. Cooking Oil- 2 Cup
  9. Sliced Ginger and Garlic-2tsp
  10. Oyster sauce- 1/2 tsp
  11. Onion- 2cup
  12. Carrot-30g
  13. Green onion-30g
  14. Suger-1tsp

Recipe

  • Slice the beef into thin slices and put it in a bowl.
  • Add soya sauce 1tsp, Shaoxing wine and egg with corn starch into it.
  • Let it marinate for 1 hour.
  • Add 2 cups online and let it hot, add beef into it and let it fry for 3 minutes.
  • Now add Ginger garlic slices into little oil in the wok. Add spring onion, onion into it.
  • Stir fry it with carrot and green chilli rings.
  • Add wine, Oyster and soya sauce, salt, sugar and finally add beef.
  • Let it be for one minute on flame. Now add 2 tsp of water+corn starch and take it out.
  • Your Mongolian Beef is ready to serve.
