Judicial Magistrate Umar Shabbir pronounced a reserved verdict on Sheikh Rasheed’s post-arrest bail application.
According to the details, the session court of Islamabad rejected Sheikh Rasheed’s post-arrest bail application.



In the previous hearing, the police had sought one day’s time to submit records on Sheikh Rasheed’s post-arrest bail application. The plaintiff’s counsel requeste to adjourn the hearing for 2 days, the plaintiff’s counsel argued that Sheikh Rasheed’s application is for preparation of bail, 2 days are require.



Earlier, Sheikh Rasheed’s lawyer told the court that the court has stopped further proceedings on the issue of summoning police station water. A case was registered and another FIR of arrest was registered in Karachi while Sheikh Rasheed was in police custody.

On which Justice Tariq Mahmood Jahangiri said that the place of the statement is the polyclinic hospital. So how was the case registered in Karachi.
