Since I was a little kid in the school. I had had a very bad relationship with the food. I was a kind of enthusiastic kid who always play more and eat more. Furthermore, the same wasn’t with my friends and classmates. I was the only one suffering from this issue. Meanwhile, I know, I don’t feel like others with food. I never tried to hold a conversation with my parents about it. The bad food relationship doesn’t harm me until I graduated from High school and went to medical school. Due to very ill routine and no workout or sports. I became fat and big. At that point, I felt that I need a health improvement change in my life.
Circumstances weren’t the same as before, but I took the step. The first step was difficult but continuing that step ahead is even difficult. I promised myself not to stop here but to reach the destination. Furthermore, I tried to hold a promising relationship with food that makes my health improvement easier to process. Eat everything but with a stop! Well, you can’t restrict yourself from eating delicious food. At least I can. But One thing, I can do is to stop! Well, I eat 2 slices of pizza with my breakfast and I am down for sleeping. Eat with a stop makes me a better person in my health improvement diary.
Walk 2 blocks, Every day, I try to take a walk of about 2 blocks. Walking has a tremendous effect on your health and style of living. It helps you get sharp.
Drink plenty of water. For health, you need to drink plenty of water. Water will help you to get healthy. It takes away burn out fat out of the body with other impurities and left your body clean.
