Bad Habits are always destructive and bother the image of your personality. There are a lot of bad rituals here in our minds which are somehow related to our comfort or stress releasing system. Try to join the rehabilitation centre and leave this habit completely.
  • Nail Biting: Nail biting is a reluctant effect on your personality. Here you know one thing? People who do nail-biting are repelled by society because of their habits. You need to cut off all of these bad habits right now!
  • Overeating: Overeating is one of the biggest problems. It is not only a bad habit but also it is an initiative of bad digestion. Here you need to develop a healthy relationship with food. Don’t always take food as a refuge whenever you feel happy or sad. That lead to a mal-digestion and self-induced guilt if you are with other people.
