In this situation, Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif summoned the Power Division and the Energy Minister on the issue of continuous load shedding in the country and expressed his frustration.
The Prime Minister inquired as to why load shedding was taking place despite the operation of power plants.
Prime Minister has taken cognizance of reports of load shedding in power across the country on media and sought response from Khurram Dastgir, Mussaddiq Malik and senior officials of relevant ministries.
