Qasim Akram ready to represent St. Kitts and Nevis Patriots in CPL 2022

Pakistan Under-19 captain Qasim Akram has been included in the squad for the upcoming season of the Caribbean Premier League (CPL) by St. Kitts and Nevis Patriots.
This will be Qasim Akram’s first experience of playing in any international franchise T20 league. Qasim Akram has reached the heights of fame after his achievements in the 2022 Under-19 Cricket World Cup as he showed a glimpse of his class with both bat and ball throughout the tournament.
The 19-year-old then represented the Karachi Kings in the 7th edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) and was one of the prominent performers in the tournament despite Karachi‘s poor performance. In PSL 2022, he scored an unbeaten 51 off 26 balls for the Karachi Kings against Islamabad United.
The All-Rounders will be available for the St. Kitts. And Nevis Patriots for the first half of the tournament as they have been selecte. As a replacement for Sri Lankan all-rounder Venando Hasaranga. Who has been rule out of the tournament due to international commitments. Will not be available.
