Why Journal Our Ideas Abstract thoughts, ideas, and imagination must have to convert into physical form through journaling.
They are our imagination and ideas why would we give others a chance to read us or why would we become an open book for everyone?
Well, according to Einstein, every human being is a genius which means every human being is creative and has the intellectual ability to explore whatever they want to but sometimes fear of communication stops us from portraying our creativity in Infront of the world rather than keeping them in our head.

Why Journal Our Ideas

Fear comes from less self-esteem.

But what factors deteriorate one’s confidence?
Negative and judgemental views of the people around them ruin their self-confidence and as a result, they become afraid of communicating their thoughts or converting them into productive articles.
That’s the darkest side of one’s life when they are creative, genius, and intelligent to think and imagine productive ideas but couldn’t speak because of this insecurity.
Therefore, the support of peer groups plays an essential role in someone’s personality development.
Though our surroundings are full of judgemental people still there are people around us who are our real support
And do everything to make us successful and the best people.
I am sure everyone has such kind people in their life who supported them and helped them to become better people.
Support and interdependence is the major factor to live in a society among people. As Aristotle said ” Man is a social animal”
This quote points out an important fact that humans cannot survive in isolation,
Because they are highly dependent on each other that’s why a human craves love and care.
Now if I talk about one’s thought process then it varies from person to person.
some people waste their lives by complaining all the time.
one should not keep their creative and productive. ideas inside their head, they should become fearless because they are genuine. And far better than those who only see flaws in others rather than correcting themselves. They should not become afraid of people’s critics and judgemental remarks that shatter their confidence.
