Conscience does not allow them to sign it. According to private TV, the President said that this bill is a clear message to the corrupt elements that they are not accountable to anyone and can continue their looting without any fear or danger.




Has accumulated immense wealth, the weak man will be caught even in petty crimes. While influential corrupt elements will get open freedom for the heinous act of sucking the blood of the nation.

President wrote in his note that undermining the accountability process is not only unconstitutional but also against the fundamental rights of the already troubled Pakistani people.

Despite the bill becoming law, countries around the world are trying to curb white-collar crime, the black money of political elements, obtained through tax evasion, crime and other forms of corruption.

Arif Alvi said that FATF is one such example which has been working for decades to curb money laundering. We should also seek guidance from Islamic jurisprudence in such matters.




It is the responsibility of the prosecution to prove ownership. Of the property or where and how the wealth was obtained while it is the responsibility of the accused to prove the source of wealth. It was a crime in Pakistan to acquire wealth from unknown sources but these amendments have weakened this notion and made it largely ineffective.

He said that the High Court also reflected. The general impression that unfortunately there were flaws in the implementation of the NAB Ordinance. In view of security, on the one hand, the people demanded the return of the looted wealth. On the other hand, lengthy court proceedings and ineffective prosecution made it very difficult to expose, prevent and eradicate corruption.

In light of the experience of the last few decades, these laws should have been amende. To address the shortcomings in the law and make the delivery of justice more efficient. The accountability process will be incredibly weak.




The President said that it was unfortunate that instead of improving. The infrastructure of the institution, the accountability process was abolishe. Without any alternative system which made the accountability process ineffective and tantamount to promoting an exploitative institution and system. Such weak laws cover up the crimes of the corrupt elite under the guise of justice.

Said that nations which adopt such laws not only exploit the common man but also promote injustice in the society. I personally follow and abide by the Constitution of Pakistan. I consider myself accountable to Allah Almighty and I apologize for that.
