Water 3.1g, Carbohydrate 20.5g, Fat 59.3g, Fat 14.8g, Fiber 1.7g, Ash 2.32g, Calcium 0.15g, Phosphorus 5.70g, Iron 6.20g, Vitamin 6.20g, Sodium 6.0g, Vitamin B2 0.11 g, Calories 628 g, Walnut pulp is commonly use but doctors also use walnut peel, leaves and roots as medicine for various ailments.
