MOTIVATION AND HEALTH

Yes I can start my exercise and eat healthier from today, yes I will start it by tomorrow, alright I will start it some days later, oh my god my mental and physical health becomes gradually down and I just can’t do anything for it.

What can I do? What is the specific motivation I grant myself for being active and taking care of myself? Well, we all face this kind of difficulty in our daily lives and experience such a negative impact on our mental and physical health due to laziness and non-punctuality about ourselves and now Covid-19 as Well.

We just put our effort into our work our family and our study etc. But what about ourselves? If we become weak or ill how can we manage it all? So to maintain our health better and become more active and motivated we just have to follow up some rules about



  • Natural Fresh Things

Vegetable and Fresh FoodHave a look at fresh and natural things. Just find the natural things everywhere. Find a natural environment instead of sitting on a sofa and using a mobile phone you have to look at your window and find the real beauty of the world just explore it. Try to eat fresh fruits and vegetables one time a day and gradually it becomes your habit.

 

  • Difficulty in Weight

Loose Weight

Have a weight in It is difficult to weigh yourself every day in a weight machine and become worried. But it is easy to do it once a week and notices how punctual you are to yourself. Just find the ideal weight according to your height and try to become on that weight.



  • Yes, I Can Do IT

Running for HealthAlways say in a mind ‘I CAN DO IT’ Always make sure that you are sincere with yourself. Say it again and again that I can do it. Not I will. It’s I can from now, if you are sincere with yourself first then you will surely stand for others on your behalf.

 

  • Agreement with Yourself

Agreement Good about YouMake you own agreement Make your agreement and mark every day a sign about how punctual you are, if you are on the proper agreement then grant yourself a reward. If not, then punish yourself a little bit as don’t eat what you want.



  • Punctual Trainer 

Own Trainer about your HealthBe you own trainer Just become your trainer by motivating yourself, punctual to yourself, and understand yourself. You are the only one who is with you in your hard times and you have to know that how to face every situation of life Motivation and Health.
